1. Acceptance of Terms

Violation of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 888zk, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, and communication errors may occur from time to time. In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 888zk, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another party; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the 888zk platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and 888zk, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Account Closure and Termination

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

13.2 Termination by 888zk

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, irregular play, failure to provide requested documentation, or any conduct that we deem harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any remaining account balance may be forfeited depending on the reason for termination.
